Chicago — Milwaukee Bucks coach JasonKidd is hoping someone can be an unsung hero in the first round of the playoffs against Chicago, a best-of-seven series that opened Saturday night at the United Center.

One obvious candidate is sixth man O.J. Mayo, who has heated up in April after overcoming a painful right hamstring injury that limited his effectiveness and playing time after the all-star break.
