The NL Central-leading Brewers added a weapon to their bullpen on Tuesday, acquiring veteran right-hander Anthony Swarzak from the White Sox, according to MLB Network Insider Jon Heyman. Neither club has confirmed a deal.
Swarzak is 4-3 with a 2.23 ERA in 41 appearances, all in relief, this season. He collected the first save of his career on Monday.
