SMYRNA -- The Stewarts Creek Lady Red Hawks advanced to the Region 4-AAA semifinals with a 59-34 victory over the Coffee County Lady Red Raiders on Friday night at home.
The win moves the Red Hawks one step closer to the school's first state tournament in basketball.
"We are definitely trying to get to state," said Red Hawks star and the game's leading scorer Brianah Ferby, "but every game matters from here on out, so we take every game seriously and try to win."
