MAC Baseball East Division Player of the Week
Mason Mamarella, Kent State, OF
R-Junior, Dover, Ohio (Akron)
Mamarella ignited Kent State to take all five games this week as he got on base consistently from the leadoff spot while adding in some spectacular plays out in center field. He started the week by going 3-for-5 at Youngstown State with a RBI. The next night at Pittsburgh, he earned another three hits with a double and scored two runs in the 12-8 victory. Back at home, he was a constant threat in the 1-0 15-inning win.
