Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon pledged to the Wolverines in June, but a series of snafus on the part of the Michigan staff set back his recruitment, with the top rated 2017 prospect announcing on Monday that he was decommitting from his verbal commitment.
In an interview with 247 Sports, Solomon explained that he felt slighted by a mailing error in which Michigan thanked him for attending the BBQ at the Big House, despite the fact that he was not present. He further noted that his name was spelled wrong on mailed materials despite previous efforts to correct the error.
