From El Cerrito High School in California, Banks is the 168th overall player in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports. He is the No. 21 overall offensive tackle and the 20th ranked player in California.
The 6-foot-7, 345-pound offensive lineman was offered by Michigan on January 19, which is the same day Jay Harbaugh visited Banks.
