Grayson Boomer is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 1 tight end prospect in the 2019 recruiting class. And yes, we still have a while before Michigan football signs those players who are only getting ready for their junior year of high school.
But Boomer, from Collinsville, Oklahoma, is eventually going to become one of the more sought-after players in the country. He’s a 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end who, judging from his highlight tape, can basically do it all at this point.
He has good athleticism for his size, he can break tackles, he can catch in traffic, and he can block.
