Kwity Paye, a three-star defensive end from Warwick (R.I.) Bishop Hendricken, has flipped his verbal commitment from Boston College to Michigan.

Paye confirmed the news to the Free Press shortly after reports started to circulate.

He's listed at 6-feet-3 and 225 pounds and also reportedly had scholarship offers from Rutgers and Syracuse, among others.

Paye visited U-M on Oct. 1.

He's the 18th member of U-M's class. Verbal commitments are nonbinding until national letters of intent are signed in February.
