National Championship Game Prop Bets

Any normal degenerate can bet on the spread or the over / under, but it takes a sick, depraved individual like yours truly to waste hard earned money on a coin toss, the number of seconds someone holds a note in the national anthem, or the number of times Fergie pees her pants on stage will performing the halftime show.

The national championship game offers just such an opportunity.  Courtesy of bovado.com, which used to be called bodog.com until their Bermuda offices were raided by US Agents and found to be run by actual dogs that never paid out winnings and in fact gambled all day while getting scotched up and smoking cigars.   That's just shameful you son of a bitch border collie.

Personal favorite's include:

500-1 - more than 40% of the viewing audience knowing the Alabama QB's full name.

30-1 - Nick Saban wins the NC, and uses the platform to tell the world and he's applying for medical hardships for his entire team, which would allow him to take 85 players in his 2012 class (4 less than he was planning on taking anyway).

20-1 - Game ends in a 0-0 tie after 60 minutes when a fissure opens at mid-field and SEC Commisioner Mike Slive and his unholy minions burst forth and proclaim dominion over heaven and earth starting a battle that can only end in the rapture.
