Jabrill Peppers Comments on Displeasure with NCAA's Stipend Checks

Although the NCAA has taken steps in recent years to better provide its student-athletes with the food and nutrition they need, University of Michigan sophomore cornerback Jabrill Peppers remains dissatisfied.

The 19-year-old native of Montclair, New Jersey, posted several tweets Tuesday night and Wednesday morning complaining about how limited he is due to the modest stipends that the NCAA provides.

Peppers started by blasting the checks:

Idk how the NCAA thinks we supposed to eat right with these lil indentured servant checks they give us..I Should've stayed in the dorms smh

He then made mention of how limited his meal choices and stock are:

I'm about to eat my first meal of the day & that's Oodles and noodles smh
