Al Borges Has Been Fired

Michigan has fired offensive coordinator Al Borges. Borges wasn't expected to be let go after Brady Hoke denied his staff would undergo major changes, but apparently that wasn't the case.

Michigan finished the season ranked 46th in the nation in points per game, with an average of 32.2 per contest.

"Decisions like these are never easy," said Brady Hoke in Michigan's press release. "I have a great amount of respect for Al as a football coach and, more importantly, as a person. I appreciate everything he has done for Michigan Football for the past three seasons."
