While it looks like Michigan State recruiting’s 2017 class is about to be sewn up, a new target has popped up for Tom Izzo and the Spartans. Mark Smith, a senior guard from Edwardsville, Ill., is apparently hearing from Michigan State and the Spartans are trying to come see him.
