Javez Alexander commits to MSU football

Here’s something you’ve read a few times this summer -- an Ohio kid has committed to Michigan State.

The Spartans 2018 class picked up its first wide receiver in talented 6-foot-2 athlete Javez Alexander of Sandusky, Ohio, giving the green and white 12 commits for 2018.

Now has this kid been a receiver his whole life? No sir, but that speaks to how athletic Alexander is. Down at Sandusky High School, Alexander led his squad to a 10-2 overall season in 2016 as a quarterback.

Michigan State is certainly the biggest program to offer Alexander, who also had a chance to play quarterback for Army, Air Force, Bowling Green, Eastern Kentucky, Georgetown and Holy Cross.
