Alexander (6-foot-2, 195 pounds) is a quarterback for Sandusky High School. He told 247sports this week that his other scholarship offers were all to play quarterback, before Michigan State offered him as a wide receiver.
Michigan State now has 12 commitments in its 2018 recruiting class. Eight of those players are from Ohio.
