Thiyo Lukusa's departure from football didn't last long.
The former Michigan State offensive lineman who left the program during the offseason transferred to Arizona, he announced on Saturday evening via Twitter and Instagram.
An Arizona spokesperson confirmed that Lukusa is enrolled at the university and will start classes on Monday but couldn't comment about his scholarship status.
A former three-star recruit from DePaul Catholic High School in New Jersey, Lukusa wan an early enrollee in Michigan State's 2016 class. The Traverse City native appeared in seven games as a true freshman offensive tackle and would have had an opportunity for significant playing time this fall.
