Back in 2014, Trent Harris signed with the Miami Hurricanes over some big time competition like Alabama, Ohio State, and Florida State. The 4-star Defensive End picked up immediate playing time as a true freshman, and started 10 games in 2015 before starting only 7 in 2016 with the talent surge Miami saw in guys like Joe Jackson. While his tackles slipped with his starts he did log 9.5 tackles for loss (TFL) and 3 sacks during his junior season.
Harris had his biggest games of his 2016 junior campaign against Georgia Tech, Notre Dame and Pitt.
