Like most college coaches across the country, Mark Richt barely had time to catch his breath between the end of spring football with the Hurricanes and the start of recruiting’s spring evaluation period.
During his of several speaking engagements with Miami fans and boosters on Monday night, Richt detailed how he and his staff are approaching this crucial time – their first in Coral Gables.
“I think everybody’s got to establish relationships in the areas they’re assigned to. The recruiting is about relationships with the players, but it’s also about relationships with the coaches,” Richt told reporters after his comments on the dais.
