The Hurricanes wrapped up camp on Saturday and will move into game-planning mode next week. But before closing the books on that, Hurricanes coach Mark Richt shared some of the details about the format for next week’s final scrimmage – and the stats from scrimmage No. 2 held this past week.
Miami will hold its final scrimmage ahead of its opener against FAMU on Wednesday and for the first time, the No. 1 unit will work together against a scout team. The two camp scrimmages pitted the first offense against the second defense and the first defense against the second offense (something to keep in mind when reading the stats below).
