Zach Collins who was the tenth overall pick in the 2016 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox and Willie Abreu were huge losses from the Hurricanes powerful 2016 lineup to professional baseball.
The Hurricanes also lost ace starter Danny Garcia and dominant closer Bryan Garcia. Jeb Bargfeldt has come in as a junior college transfer and been dominant at times this season as the team’s ace.
