The Miami Heat is expected to finalize a one-year, $1.5 million guaranteed deal with former Celtics power forward Jordan Mickey in the coming days, bringing the team's roster to 17 players. The Vertical reported the deal first, which includes a team option for the 2018-19 season.
Mickey played in 41 games with the Celtics over his first two NBA seasons, averaging 1.4 points and 1.1 rebounds. He also played in four playoff games for Boston.
Mickey appeared in eight of the Celtics' first 19 games last season before he went down to the D-League for various assignments.
