The Dolphins hired longtime NFL assistant coach Frank Bush and promoted two of their own.

The Dolphins have made three changes to their coaching staff. The Dolphins had to find a replacement for Matt Burke after he was promoted to defensive coordinator. To fill the void at linebackers coach, the Dolphins have hired Frank Bush, who spent the past four seasons as the Rams linebackers coach. He will also hold the title of assistant head coach.

Bush has 32 years of NFL experience as a player, scout, and coach. As stated above, he has spent the past four season as the Rams linebackers coach. He helped James Laurinaitis record three 100-tackle seasons. Last season he helped Alec Ogletree tally 136 tackles, a career best.
