The Dolphins aren’t who I thought they were.
The problem is this team, which we already knew was short in the talent department, shows very little heart and even less fight.
I still have the Dolphins finishing 7-9 on the season. That’s not the issue.
I had the Dolphins starting 2-2, and it turns out they’re very fortunate to be 1-3, but that’s not the issue, either.
The issue is there’s no competitive streak running through the team; they have less ability to rise to the moment than I originally thought.
Wide receiver Jarvis Landry has that trait.
