Dolphins sign Laremy Tunsil, 1st round pick

The Miami Dolphins have announced the signing of first-round draft pick Laremy Tunsil.

The Miami Dolphins have signed first-round draft pick Laremy Tunsil, the team announced on Friday. Tunsil, an offensive tackle from Ole Miss, slipped to the Dolphins with the 13th overall pick after a video of him appearing to smoke marijuana two-years ago surfaced on his Twitter account just minutes before the start of the Draft. Tunsil, who was considered a possible number-one pick, became the third offensive tackle selected.

The Dolphins are believed to have Tunsil penciled in as the team's starting left guard this year, likely giving him a chance to adjust to the speed of the NFL as he becomes the heir apparent to Pro Bowl left tackle Branden Albert.
