Miami Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes has emerged as one of the best at his position in the NFL, but his wife, Miko, has some problems with the league he plays for.
She went on a profanity-laced Twitter rant on Monday, accusing the NFL of not caring about domestic violence, players, or their families.
The outburst was caused by the NFL stripping her husband of paid appearances at the Pro Bowl after he left Arizona to be by her side as she underwent oral surgery.
Miko, who is a regular on a couple of South Florida radio shows, also tweeted the NFL is the “SHADIEST, DISRESPECTFUL professional sport in the WORLD!!! & as long as i breathe air, i will talk (expletive) about em!”
“Brent signed a 4yr 32M contract with 16M guaranteed. U better beleve he wont see that other 16M! They can opt out after the guaranteed.”
