MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The 2017 season opener is a week away, and the University of Memphis volleyball squad goes into "match-mode" mindset with its annual Blue-Gray scrimmage Saturday. The scrimmage begins at 11 a.m. (CT) at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
The scrimmage is free and open to the public. A clinic for youth ages eighth grade and under is scheduled after the scrimmage.
Saturday's scrimmage wraps up the second week of preseason drills, as the Tigers turn the page to match-week practice Monday with the season opener Aug. 25.
