The NBA recently announced Mike Conley as a finalist for the 2015-16 Seasonlong NBA Cares Community Assist Award presented by Kaiser Permanente. Fan voting commenced May 9, and continues through Wednesday, May 18 for the league-wide award. This is Conley’s first nomination for the Seasonlong NBA Cares Community Assist Award after previously winning the monthly NBA Cares Community Assist Award in January 2016 for his Jr. NBA work in the Memphis community and fundraising efforts for Methodist Healthcare Foundation, namely the Methodist Sickle Cell Center.
