The courts at Halle Park, also known to local basketball players as “The Precinct” or even just “Mt. Moriah,” are the premier outdoor courts in the city of Memphis. The high caliber of playground basketball played on these courts attracts players from across Memphis, and in some cases, across the country – anyone who thinks they have game in Memphis comes to The Precinct to earn their reputation in the city.
“Whenever anyone talks about playground basketball in Memphis, they talk about Halle Courts," Grizzlies Vice President of Community Investment and Executive Director of the Grizzlies Foundation Diane Terrell said.
