Maryland basketball's Melo Trimble, Diamond Stone, Jake Layman and Robert Carter Jr. all invited to 2016 NBA Draft Combine

Maryland basketball will have quite a presence at May's NBA Draft Combine, as Melo Trimble, Diamond Stone, Jake Layman and Robert Carter Jr. have all been invited, ESPN's Jeff Goodman reported Saturday. Testudo Times can confirm Trimble's invite.

The combine will take place in Chicago from May 11-15. Rasheed Sulaimon is the only other Maryland player eligible for the draft, but there have been no reports of him getting an invite to the combine.

Layman and Sulaimon both exhausted their eligibility this season, while Stone and Carter have both hired agents, making them ineligible to return to school.
