Just days after attending Maryland Madness, Baltimore combo guard Darryl Morsell has cancelled his visit to Dayton, according to recruiting analyst Pat Lawless.
This might be good news for the Terps, but Morsell seems adamant that Dayton is still a contender for his services. Morsell recently announced his top three of Maryland, Dayton and Notre Dame, and he previously told InsideMdSports that he would announce his college plans shortly after his visit to Dayton.
"No, Dayton's still in it. I may reschedule," he told IMS after cancelling the visit.
Morsell is one of the Terps' top targets in the class of 2017, and recruiting analysts think he'll commit to Maryland, though there's obviously still time for that to change.
