When the head coach is fired midseason, it’s only natural that a lot of coaching staff changes will occur.
That was the case for LSU in 2016 when it dismissed coach Les Miles, along with offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, in September, which caused a significant reshuffling of the staff. Not only did a few coaches receive new roles, but some others were entirely new to the staff in an on-field coaching capacity.
Now going into the 2017 season, the LSU coaching staff will have a largely different look from how it began to start 2016 after undergoing even more changes since the end of the regular season in November.
