The Will Wade era for LSU basketball will get underway on Nov. 10.
The Tigers released the 2017-18 non-conference schedule on Thursday morning and the season will kick off with a home game against Alcorn State.
"The non-conference schedule will be challenging for us and is filled with teams coming off very good seasons a year ago," Wade said in a statement.
LSU will also host Samford before heading to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational from Nov. 20-22. The Tigers open in Maui against Michigan and will play the winner/loser from the Notre Dame/Chaminade game.
Marquette, Cal, Wichita State and VCU - where Wade used to coach - are also in the tournament.
