Wide receiver Michaelee Harris will play another season of college football, but it will not be at the University of Louisville.
Harris is expected to transfer to the University of Akron for his sixth and final season of eligibility. ZipsNation.org first reported that Harris intended to transfer to Akron in early June. On Monday morning, TheCrunchZone.com says they’ve confirmed the initial report.
Harris was a part of Charlie Strong’s first recruiting class at Louisville in 2010. He was a four star prospect coming out of high school and chose the Cards over Miami, Ole Miss, Tennessee and West Virginia, among others.
