University of Louisiana Monroe Head Baseball Coach Mike Federico has announced that Joel Mangrum is joining his staff as an assistant coach. Mangrum concluded his third year at New Mexico State University as the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator in 2017.
“I'm really eager to bring Joel and his family to Monroe. Joel is an outstanding recruiter who works relentlessly and is passionate about bringing in top quality players that will make our team better on and off the field. He has been a part of a rebuilding process at New Mexico State and we are excited about him doing the same here,” Federico said.
