Football: Cajuns Come Up Short Against Tulane In Four-Overtime Thriller, 41-39

NEW ORLEANS – Glen Cuiellette threw four touchdown passes, including a go-ahead 7-yard pass to Terren Encalde and Tulane stopped a potential game-tying two-point conversion in the fourth overtime to claim a 41-39 win over the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns on Saturday at Yulman Stadium.

Elijah McGuire scored three TDs for Louisiana (2-2), including a 22-yard scoring pass from Anthony Jennings in the fourth overtime, but Al Riles was stopped short of the goal line on the two-point conversion to lift Tulane (2-2) to the win.

Louisiana trailed 16-9 in the fourth quarter before going on a 16-play, 53-yard drive to tie the score with 5:55 remaining.
