LAFAYETTE – Under the lights and in front of a great crowd at Rajun' Cajuns Soccer/Track Facility the Ragin' Cajuns women's soccer welcomed back some of their past greats for an exhibition game that ended 2-0 in favor of the current Cajuns as they begin their final tune-ups for the coming season.
Cajun freshman Una Einarsdottir wetted the net in the 32nd minute on a break-away, scooting the ball past Cajun Alumni goalkeeper Lindsey Stocks. And senior Ashleigh Cade added a goal in the 47th minute, ripping the ball down the center of the net assisted by fellow senior Denice Emokpae, to lead the Cajuns to victory.
