According to Art Stapleton of the Record, Quinn is questionable to play against the New York Giants on Sunday in London.
The designation came after Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reported Thursday that Quinn "appears on track to play." Quinn said, "Hopefully they clear me on Sunday," when asked about his prospects of playing.
