Measurables: 6’4”, 215 lbs, 4.82 40-yard dash
Scouting Report:
Goff is the top quarterback prospect in this draft because of his combination of arm strength and accuracy, which led to eye-popping numbers at Cal. He also displayed excellent mobility in the pocket even though he’s not a real threat to run. There are concerns about his size, but Goff has the ability to be a franchise QB.
