Given the Lakers awful performance this season, it is no surprise that trade rumors are starting to surround just about every player on the Lakers roster no named Kobe Bryant.
The things is, the Lakers are so bad that they have to do something to get this team going.
With Steve Nash, Dwight Howard, Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol this should easily be one of the most elite teams in the NBA right now.
But, they are not.
The first place that Lakers fans are looking towards for a trade is Dwight Howard. After a summer filled with hype and excitement around his arrival, Dwight has done very little to gel with the players in LA.
If the Lakers are smart, they will trade him before the February 21st deadline and get some players that will add some depth to their roster.
Over the summer Dwight was most interested in Brooklyn and Dallas, two teams that are barely in the playoff hunt and could easily be a trade partner for the Lakers big man.
