The Lakers have one less option as they look to add a star big man to their young core, after Kevin Love announced his plans to re-sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers in a post on The Players' Tribune.
The former UCLA star is reportedly working out a five-year, $110 million deal to stay with the Cavs. Love missed the last three rounds of the playoffs, including the Finals against Golden State, after suffering a shoulder injury in first round against Boston.
