Derrick Rose is one of the more appealing targets left, having won the league MVP in 2011. Since then, his career has been derailed from constant injuries. The LA Clippers could afford him, but only with a minimum contract.
After his return and not even 10 games into the regular season, he tore his right meniscus. At this point, it was clear that Rose has lost his agility and explosiveness. He just was not the same out there; his footing was off and he was too prone to all types of injuries.
In 2015, Rose had a minor tear on the same meniscus.
