After Brandon Flowers’ failed stop in San Diego, it looked like his career might be over. However, he could be getting one more chance in the NFL.
According to a tweet from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the veteran defensive back will meet with the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday. The defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots have also shown interest.
That has to be a relief for Flowers, who struggled at times with the Chargers who brought him following the 2013 season in which he went to the Pro Bowl as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs.
