ANAHEIM -- Left-hander Tyler Skaggs took another step toward returning to the Angels' rotation on Saturday, allowing three runs over four innings in his second rehab start with Triple-A Salt Lake.

Skaggs, who has been on the disabled list since April 29 with a right oblique strain, yielded six hits while walking none and striking out two in the 62-pitch effort.

"His delivery looked good," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Sunday. "I think his secondary pitches are coming. His curveball looks like it's coming along. But he came out of it healthy, and that's probably the most important thing right now.
