ANAHEIM -- Tyler Skaggs reported no issues after a bullpen session on Tuesday afternoon at Angel Stadium and there's a good chance he could start for the Angels this weekend against the Astros, provided he's cleared by the medical staff.
"If he feels good, we'll evaluate him to see where he folds in on the weekend," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said. "He could possibly pitch on Saturday."
Skaggs has not pitched in a game since a six-inning start against the Rangers on Sept. 9, the result of a mild flexor pronator strain in his left forearm.
