ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Angels have eliminated the internal candidates from their GM search, leaving New York Yankees assistant GM Billy Eppler as the most likely choice.
The Angels are expected to conclude the process shortly after the end of the end of the season, which could be as soon as Sunday if they don't beat the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros don't lose to the Arizona Diamondbacks.
