Man United fans were celebrating what they called their 42nd major trophy win following the 2017 League Cup success.
The clubs were said to be tied on 41 trophies each, however, supporters count the FIFA World Club Cup as a major win. The club won the competition in 2008 where teams included Gamba Osaka, Waitakere United, Adelaide United, Pachuca LDU Quito and Al Ahly. United entered at the semi-final stage and beat Japan's Gamba Osaka, then Ecuador's LDU Quito in Yokohama, Japan.
Still, it was a chance to gloat, wasn't it? And that's what they did, as you can see below.
