Leicester's pursuit of Jonathan Cafu has taken a blow after he revealed he's hopeful of joining Sporting Lisbon.
The 25-year-old Ludogorets winger was a target for the Premier League champions in January and is said to remain on their radar.
After 10 goals in 24 league outings for the Bulgarian club, Cafu is ready to seek a fresh challenge and Leicester appeared set to hand him a shot at English football.
But now it appears that another club linked with a move for him, Sporting Lisbon, have gained the upper hand.
