If you watched even just one SEC basketball game last year, you probably came away not thinking too highly of the officials working said game.
That was the case far too often last year as SEC refs struggled mightily to consistently call a good game. Whether it was the Texas A&M - Isaac Humphries debacle, John Calipari being ejected three minutes into a game, or being unable to simply tell what constitutes a 'walk.'
Simply put, it was a really bad year for SEC basketball refs, and the league is responding in a big way.
