Kent State soccer (11-2-2, 7-1-2 MAC) heads to Athens, Ohio Thursday afternoon to finish up the 2016 regular season with a match against the Ohio Bobcats (5-11-1, 3-7-0 MAC). Kick-off from Chessa Field is slated for 3 p.m.
In their last time out, the Golden Flashes fell to Ball State, 2-1 in overtime on Oct. 23. Jenna Hellstrom netted the lone for the Golden Flashes in the 52nd minute of the match.
Hellstrom's goal against the Cardinals brought her weekly total to three, giving way to her being named Co-MAC Offensive Player of the Week.
