BOWLING GREEN, Ohio- Donavan Capehart's goal in the 17th minute was the difference maker in Kent State soccer's 1-0 win over Bowling Green on Sunday afternoon. The win marks the sixth straight victory for the Golden Flashes as they move to 6-1-0 (2-0-0 MAC), while the Falcons fall to 6-4-0 (1-1-0 MAC).
The Golden Flashes got off to a fast start, registering three shots on goal in the first 20 minutes, one of which would find the back of the net. Donanvan Capehert notched her first goal of the year with a skillful flick of the ball over Bowling Green's goalie Kathleen Duwve.
