According to the Associated Press, Oklahoma president David Boren, the chair of the conference’s board of directors, said Tuesday there is “continued interest in expansion” on a teleconference following the Big 12’s Media Days.
Boren said in the teleconference that the current Big 12 schools took a vote, and the motion passed unanimously. The Big 12 will reportedly target either two or four schools.
